How Long is the Private Charter?
Charters are normally 3 ½ hours long, although you can add an additional hour to your charter in advance, for an additional cost. In addition, we also offer Sunset Cocktail Cruise charters which are you offered near the end of the day for two hours.
What is the Maximum Guest Capacity?
The Pelican Cabo ship has a capacity of up to 45 guests per charter, excluding crew.
What Furnishings and Décor are on Board?
The Pelican Cabo ship is stylishly appointed with modern teak furnishings, comfortable sofa, chairs, side tables, high-top tables. In addition, the ship also offers plenty of built-in banquette seating on both first and second level areas, with plenty of shade, full bar area on the first level. All this is set in a beautiful outdoor setting allowing you to enjoy the ambience offered by the Sea of Cortez
What Audio System Do You Have, and Are We Able to Connect Our Own Devices to Play Our Own Music Playlist?
The Pelican Cabo is equipped with a state of the art Marine sound system, with capabilities to connect to any device to play your list. You can enjoy our custom curated playlist by DJ Kid Capri – MTV Latin America Award Winning DJvenenatis.
What Sort of Clothing Should We Wear for Our Cruise Excursion?
We recommend that guests come with soft white sole shoes of sandals, high heels are NOT recommended for your safety.
We also recommend that you bring a light coat or sweater, sometimes while out at sea the weather conditions can change and become cool. Although we do have plenty of blankets and warm wraps to offer any guests that become cold. Its ideal to bring comfortable clothing, sandals, low shoes, swimsuit, sun block, sunglasses, hat, and most important, your going to need your camera, so you can show your friends how much of an amazing time and experience you had.

What are the Booking Requirements to Reserve My Charter, and what is the Cancellation Policy.
Booking Requirements:
To reserve a charter date, we require a 50% deposit for any charter.
The balance would be required to be paid in full seven days prior to your charter date.
Cancellation Policies:
Leisure Reservations: for less than 20 guests
- The cancellation policy is 15 days prior to charter to receive 100% refund
- Any charter cancelled within the 14th– 8th day of charter is a 50% refund
- Any charter cancelled within 7 days of charter 100% nonrefundable
Group Reservations: for 20 guests or more
- The cancellation policy is 30 days prior to charter to receive 100% refund
- Any charter cancelled within the 29th– 16th day of charter is a 50% refund
- Any charter cancelled within 15 days of charter 100% nonrefundable
How Do I Arrange Transportation for My Group to Get to the Marina and Board the Pelican?
Depending on the size of your group we can arrange either a SUV or sprinters to collect you and you guest from whatever hotel you’re staying at and take you directly to the main marina where you will be greeted by your host who will be waiting to escort you onboard the Pelican Cabo. Please be advise that there are rates associated these transfers.
Any charter that are forced cancellations due to weather conditions are 100% refundable.
Can I Book the Pelican Cabo for a Overnight Charter?
Pelican Cabo is not designed or equipped as a overnight vessel. The Pelican is designed as a luxury boating experience and only operates during day and for sunset cruises.
What Sort of Activities and Amenities are Included in My Charter?
All charters include access in the use of snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel and fins) Two paddle boards, more can be added on request and lessons by one of our crew member, a float water mattress, dancing, curated music play list, guided sea life exploration and observation by our experienced crew, whale watching during season. Water temperatures are normally is between 75°and 80°

How Many Bathrooms are on Board.
Pelican Cabo is equipped with two bathrooms, one full-size bathroom that you would find probably as nice as the one you would have at home. One bathroom specially designed for men’s use, and one outdoor shower.
Can I Bring My Own Food?
We do not recommend that you bring your own food on board since we have limited space, refrigeration and heating.
If you’re bringing on simple carry-on to-go meals, those would need to be approved prior to your charter. We prefer that you select from our menu items, which we can adjust and modify due to dietary any requirements.
Can I Arrange for a Causal or Formal Sit Down Lunch or Dinner to Be Served on Board the Pelican Cabo During My Charter, and How Many Can This Be Catered To?
Seated causal or formal dining can be offered on Pelican for up to 25 guests. A special menu can be created with one of our exclusives chef or some of the top chefs that we work with in Cabo to create a curated tasting menus, signature cocktails and wine pairings, table design, setting and theme if desired.

The Pelican Cabo comes with standard minimal catering which is included in the rate. We also offer upgraded food and beverage packages which hav a much more robust offerings and can be also modified or curated to your taste and dietary requirement.
